1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and all policies incorporated by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC.

1.2 Modifications

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Ammunition Sales Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC with respect to the purchase of products and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age Requirements

In accordance with federal law:

• Purchasers of handgun ammunition must be at least 21 years of age.

• Purchasers of rifle and shotgun ammunition must be at least 18 years of age.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement for the ammunition you are purchasing.

2.2 Legal Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing, receiving, or possessing ammunition;

• You are not a prohibited person as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law;

• The shipping address you provide is a location where ammunition may be lawfully shipped and received;

• Your purchase complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and

• You have verified that the specific type, caliber, and quantity of ammunition you are purchasing is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Age and Eligibility Verification

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC reserves the right to require age or identity verification before processing or shipping any order. We may use third-party verification services to confirm your eligibility. If verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. See our Age Verification Policy for additional details.

2.4 Prohibited Customers

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, including but not limited to persons who:

• Provide false information during checkout or verification;

• Are suspected of purchasing on behalf of a prohibited person;

• Reside in or are shipping to a jurisdiction where the transaction is unlawful; or

• Have previously had an order canceled for policy violations.

3. Products and Product Descriptions

3.1 Product Information

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC manufactures small-batch, quality ammunition. We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, including caliber, bullet weight, bullet type, muzzle velocity, and intended use. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are free of errors.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify specifications, or limit quantities available for purchase without prior notice.

3.3 Lot-to-Lot Variation

As a small-batch manufacturer, product specifications (such as velocity and pressure) may vary slightly between production lots within industry-accepted tolerances. Lot numbers are included with shipments and maintained in our production records for traceability.

3.4 Intended Use

Our ammunition products are manufactured for use in properly maintained, commercially produced firearms chambered for the specified caliber. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the firearm in which our ammunition will be used is in safe operating condition and is appropriately chambered for the purchased caliber. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC shall bear no responsibility for damages arising from use of ammunition in an improper, unsafe, or incorrectly chambered firearm.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and confirmed.

4.2 Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, duties, and fees associated with your purchase. Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.

4.3 Hazardous Materials Fees

Certain shipments of ammunition are subject to hazardous materials fees imposed by carriers. These fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer.

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC (or its payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and fees.

4.5 Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC does not store complete credit or debit card information on its servers.

4.6 Order Fraud Prevention

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC reserves the right to verify payment information and may decline or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or other irregularities without liability.

5. Order Placement, Acceptance, and Cancellation

5.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through our website. By completing checkout and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the products described in your order at the listed price, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been processed, verified, and shipped. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason prior to shipment.

5.3 Order Review

All orders are subject to review for:

• Age and eligibility verification;

• Compliance with applicable laws (including jurisdiction-specific restrictions);

• Payment verification;

• Product availability; and

• Compliance with our Ammunition Sales Policy and company policies.

5.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before shipment, including after an order confirmation has been issued, for any lawful reason. In such cases, any amounts charged will be refunded in full.

5.5 Customer Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the Customer before they enter the fulfillment/packing stage by contacting us immediately at the contact information listed in Section 15. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled. Orders that have shipped are subject to our Return Policy.

5.6 Quantity Limits

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC reserves the right to impose quantity limits on any product at any time. We may cancel or reduce the quantity of orders that exceed established limits.

6. Shipping and Hazardous Materials Compliance

6.1 Shipping of Ammunition

Ammunition is classified as a hazardous material (ORM-D / Limited Quantity) for shipping purposes and is subject to carrier regulations and applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the shipment of such materials.

6.2 Carrier Requirements

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC ships ammunition in compliance with applicable carrier requirements, including packaging, labeling, and documentation standards. We ship via carriers that accept ammunition, which may include UPS, FedEx, or other approved carriers. Ammunition cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

6.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Ammunition may not be lawfully shipped to all locations. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC does not ship to jurisdictions where such shipments are prohibited by law. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that receipt of ammunition at the specified shipping address is lawful. If we determine after order placement that shipment to your address is prohibited, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

6.4 Adult Signature (Optional)

Adult signature on delivery is available as an optional add-on at checkout for an additional fee. When you select adult signature, an eligible adult (meeting the applicable minimum age requirement) must be available to sign for the package at the delivery address, and the carrier will not release the shipment without that signature. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC is not responsible for delays, redelivery fees, or package returns caused by the failure to provide an adult signature when adult signature has been selected.

If you do not select adult signature, you acknowledge and accept that, by not requiring an adult signature for delivery, Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the package once the carrier marks it delivered, and that any such loss or damage is your responsibility.

6.5 Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping times and costs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, order volume, hazmat processing requirements, or other factors beyond our control. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery.

6.6 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the Customer upon handover to the carrier. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you should file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist with carrier claim documentation where reasonably possible.

6.7 Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable due to the Customer's failure to be present, failure to provide an adult signature where adult signature was selected, or provision of an incorrect address, the Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.1 No Returns on Live Ammunition

For safety, regulatory, and chain-of-custody reasons, Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC does not accept returns of live (unfired) ammunition under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law or as provided in our Product Recall Policy.

7.2 Defective Product Claims

If you believe you have received defective or nonconforming ammunition, you must:

• Stop use of the product immediately;

• Contact Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC within 10 business days of receipt at the contact information in Section 15;

• Provide your order number, lot number, a description of the alleged defect, and photographs where applicable; and

• Retain all packaging and product pending our investigation.

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC will investigate all defective product claims in accordance with our Quality Assurance Policy. Confirmed defective product may result in a replacement, credit, or refund at our sole discretion. Do not attempt to use, disassemble, or destroy alleged defective ammunition prior to our investigation.

7.3 Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange for correct fulfillment or issue a full refund, at our option.

7.4 Cancelled Orders

For orders cancelled before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Product Liability and Warranty

8.1 Express Warranty

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC warrants that its ammunition products, at the time of shipment, conform to the stated specifications and are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This express warranty is the sole warranty provided by Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC.

8.2 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEEDS OF FREEDOM AMMUNITION, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED FOR USE IN APPROPRIATE, PROPERLY MAINTAINED FIREARMS ONLY.

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

The express warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, or modification of the ammunition;

• Use of ammunition in an unsafe, improperly maintained, or incorrectly chambered firearm;

• Use of ammunition in a manner inconsistent with its stated specifications or intended purpose;

• Normal wear associated with use; or

• Damage caused by acts of God, improper handling, or unauthorized disassembly.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEEDS OF FREEDOM AMMUNITION, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SEEDS OF FREEDOM AMMUNITION, LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8.5 Assumption of Risk

The purchase and use of ammunition inherently involves risk. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the lawful purchase, transportation, storage, and use of ammunition, including risks arising from use in a firearm. You represent that you are knowledgeable in the safe handling and use of ammunition and the applicable firearm.

8.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your misuse of our products; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your purchase or use of our products.

9. Product Recall Policy

9.1 Voluntary Recall Authority

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC maintains a Product Recall Policy as part of our Quality Assurance program. We reserve the right to initiate a voluntary recall of any product lot at any time upon determination that the product may present a safety risk or does not conform to specifications.

9.2 Customer Notification

In the event of a product recall affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to maintain current and accurate contact information in your account.

9.3 Recall Instructions

If a recall is initiated, do not use the affected ammunition. Follow the instructions provided in the recall notice, which may include returning or destroying the product per our instructions. Replacement, credit, or refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable recall procedure.

9.4 Lot Number Traceability

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC maintains lot traceability records for all production runs. The lot number is printed on all product packaging. Customers are encouraged to retain product packaging until the ammunition has been used.

10. Prohibited Uses and Customer Obligations

10.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to purchase and use our products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

10.2 Prohibited Conduct

You are prohibited from:

• Purchasing ammunition on behalf of a prohibited person;

• Providing false information during checkout, age verification, or any communication with us;

• Reselling our products in violation of applicable law;

• Purchasing products for export without proper authorization under applicable export control laws, including ITAR;

• Using our products in an unsafe, negligent, or reckless manner; or

• Attempting to circumvent our age verification, eligibility verification, or order review processes.

10.3 Customer Compliance Responsibility

It is solely your responsibility to know and comply with all laws applicable to the purchase, receipt, possession, transportation, storage, and use of ammunition in your jurisdiction. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC makes no representation that our products are legal to purchase, possess, or use in any particular jurisdiction.

11. Export Controls

Our products may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) administered by the U.S. Department of State. You agree that you will not export, re-export, or transfer our products to any prohibited person, country, or destination without obtaining all required U.S. government authorizations. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national of any country subject to U.S. trade embargo.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, descriptions, and images, is the property of Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website and purchase of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or any transaction between you and Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC (except for claims relating to intellectual property infringement or emergency injunctive relief) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Cobb County, Georgia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND SEEDS OF FREEDOM AMMUNITION, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14.4 Venue for Non-Arbitrable Claims

For any claims not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

14.5 Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any claim arising from or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.2 Waiver

Failure by Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.

16.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.4 Force Majeure

Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, war, terrorism, fire, epidemic, or carrier disruptions.

16.5 Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Seeds of Freedom Ammunition, LLC.

16.6 Headings

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
